The Ghost editor officialy added support for Grammarly. What you have to do is install the Grammarly extension in your browser and this will help you improve your writing with an AI powered writing assistant.
Segmented newsletters
With the latest changes, you now have the possibility to send email newsletters to a specific group of members using custom segments, providing even more options for a personalised experience to your audience.
Invite-only website
With the new subscription access setting ( Settings > Membership ) you can change your site to private or invite-only membership.
Email design options
The Ghost team added more options for customizing the email desgin. You can add a custom header image, customize the publication icon and title, change the typography and disable post feature images in emails.
Feature image captions
Feature image captions have been requested by many users and it's here. The UI was redesigned and feature images were moved directly above the heading in the editor. Now are able to credit the author of the image or cite a source.

Free newsletter themes
The Ghost team released three new Ghost themes for newsletters, which can be used for free. Journal, Digest, and Bulletin were built specifically for newsletters.
